In compliance with what provided under art. 7 (rights of the subject), 13 (informative note), 24 (cases in which treatment of personal data is allowed without the consent of the subject), 42 (data transferring within EU), 43 (transferring of data allowed to non EU countries), 44 (other allowed transferring) of the Law Decree no.2003/196, Krautzberger is hereby providing the following information:

PURPOSES AND MEASURES OF THE PROCESSING TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE DESTINED

The collecting and processing operations of personal data are carried out with the sole purpose of executing the administrative, fiscal and accounting proceedings in connection with the relationship customer-supplier entered into with your company.

The personal data collected will be processed in a lawful and fair manner, collected and recorded for the specific purposes, explicit and lawful, as above mentioned and used in other operations of the processing, according to terms not incompatible with said purposes.

The personal data collected will be recorded and maintained in both computerized and paper archives, kept and controlled in such a way to reduce to the minimum the risks of destruction or loss even accidental, of unauthorized access and processing not allowed or not in compliance with the purposes of the data collection.

NATURE OF THE DATA CONFERRING

The conferring of data has a compulsory nature because the refusal of supplying the same to Krautzberger would result in the impossibility for the same to carry out the above mentioned accomplishments.

SUBJECTS OR SUBJECTS CATEGORIES TO WHOM DATA CAN BE COMMUNICATED

The personal data collected, could be communicated:

• In all cases foreseen by the law
• To bank Institutes for the handling of collections and payments
• To independent professionals either individual or associated for the possible handling of the administrative fiscal and accounting accomplishments connected with the relationship customer – supplier entered into with your company.
• To independent professionals either individual or associated for the possible handling of credit recoveries and litigations.
• To companies residing abroad and belonging to Krautzberger, included the parent company located in Germany, for the handling, the co-ordination, the control, the supervision of the commercial activities and for all accomplishments arising from there from.
  The personal data will in no way be disclosed.

RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT

With regard to rights of the subject, please be informed that, according to art.7 of the a.m. Decree:

1.  The subject is entitled to obtain confirmation about the existence of his personal data, although not yet recorded, and in case to be given them in intelligible style.

2.  The subject is entitled to obtain information about:

	a) the origin of the personal data;
	b) the purposes and the measures of the data processing;
	c)  the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic instruments;
	d) the identifying details of the titular, responsible and representative appointed pursuant to art.5, sub-paragraph 2;
	e) the subjects or subjects categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can get acquainted with them in his quality of local representative or persons in charge of their treatment;

3.  The subject is entitled to obtain:

	a) the updating, the correction or if interested into, the integration of data;
	b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous style or the block of the data processed in breach of the law, included those for which maintenance in connection with the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed is not necessary;
	c)  the declaration that operations under points a) and b) have been brought to the notice, even with regard to their content, of those to whom data have been communicated or disclosed, except the case in which such accomplishment turns to be impossible or implies means clearly out of proportion in comparison with the right to be protected.

4.  The subject is entitled to object, in whole or in part to:

	a) for lawful reasons to the processing of his personal data, even if consistent with the purpose of their collection;
	b) the processing of his personal data with the purpose of sending advertising material or for direct sale or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communications.
